At SSC Services, privacy is not an afterthought; it is a core structural requirement. Because we build cloud security tools, database systems, and infrastructure tools for developers, we minimize the personal data we process and strictly protect whatever data enters our network.

We might update our privacy policy informations in the future, and we'll inform you on the website via notification about the changes as well.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the essential information needed to authenticate your account, process billing, and secure our network against abuse:

• Account Information: Email addresses, display usernames, and salted cryptographic password hashes necessary to create and manage your portal credentials.
• Technical & System Metadata: IP addresses, request timestamps, and API call volumes for rate-limiting, DDoS prevention, and security auditing.
• Subscription & Payment Data: Payment tokens managed securely via third-party payment processors. We do not store any private payment informations on our side.
• Stored Application Content: All databases, files, or configs submitted to our storage engine are stored strictly under encrypted algorithms (e.g., AES-256-GCM / ChaCha20-Poly1305) before reaching persistent storage.

3. How We Protection Your Data

We employ multi-layered security measures across our entire backend stack:

• At-Rest Encryption: All user profiles, preferences, and data payloads are encrypted server-side using secure cryptographic salts.
• In-Transit Encryption: All client-to-server traffic is enforced via HTTPS/TLS 1.3 protocol.
• Isolated Tenant Environments: Every database node and account token is cryptographically isolated. No tenant can inspect or access another tenant’s storage instances.

4. Data Sharing & Selling Policy

We DO NOT sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal information or stored data to third parties under any circumstances.

Data is only processed through trusted infrastructure providers (such as hosting nodes or payment gateways) solely to maintain service delivery, or when legally compelled by valid law enforcement requests.

5. Automated Data Erasure & Retention

When you delete a record via our REST API, it is immediately removed from high-speed memory and queued for background scrubbing. If you choose to terminate your entire account or if your service is disconnected due to non-payment, all associated databases and encryption keys are permanently deleted after the 30-day grace period, leaving zero residual copies on our servers (Excluding free-tier data for non-payment situation, but we might still delete your data after long inactivity period.).

6. Cookies & Session Storage

We do not use invasive tracking or advertising cookies. We utilize in-browser storage and HTTPS session tokens strictly for session authentication and other configs.
